Self-Portrait for the New York Times © 2020
Living to tell stories and build worlds, my career has taken me coast-to-coast and continent-to-continent to chase experiences I want to share and create with others. My multimedia works have reached international audiences by way of photography, writing, reporting, research, filmmaking, set design and through emerging technology, including mixed-reality.
I have lectured at Stanford University, Temple University, University of Maryland, University of Rhode Island, The New School, and the Fashion Institute of Technology. Recently, I hosted and organized the first Women of Spatial: a Creative Tech and Start-up Summit with Verizon 5G Labs, The WXR Fund and The Kaleidoscope Fund to celebrate Women’s Equality Day / the 100th anniversary of American women fighting for and gaining the right to vote. I also spoke as a Samsung Galaxy Innovator with Out In Tech and have served as keynote speaker, moderator and master-of-ceremonies at countless conferences, fundraisers and award-shows. Learn more about my speaking experiences and book me for your conference, course or event.

CURRENT PROJECTS
Presently, I am contracted by VICE Media Group as an Independent Creative Director across digital content and experiential activations. Leveraging traditional and emerging formats, from analog photography to mixed reality and beyond, I conceptualize and craft content and campaigns for brands and franchises.
I am serving my third year as an Advisory Board Member for SXSW Pitch, a showcase for competitive startups seeking financial and network support. I also a judge for AV Magazine’s annual Ad Awards contest.
Sometimes, I curate exhibitions, give lectures and talks, report on creative technology and new media, and consult on a variety of professionally relevant topics.
